Terms of refund
1. Eligibility for Refunds
At mahamarketplace.com, we do not have facility for returning of items once dispatched.
We may accept the refund after placing the order only in certain exceptional conditions. For refund request, please contact Order processing section [Email: customercare@mahamrketplace.com]
Customers may request refund for eligible products within 7 days from the delivery date.
You are advised to send the cancellation request at the earliest so that, we will try to stop the dispatching of the items. However, as the items are generally dispatched from remote locations, we cannot guarantee the acceptance of cancellation in all cases.
When you send refund request, products must:
- Be unused
- Be in original packaging
- Include tags/accessories/manuals
- Not be damaged due to misuse
(You may be asked to provide, video or photos of the products for the purpose of verification of the above)
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following are generally non-returnable:
- Digital products
- Customized products
- Perishable items
- Personal care products
- Downloadable software
- Gift cards
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [5-10] business days.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
Customers should report damaged or incorrect products within [48 hours] of delivery. Supporting photos may be required.
5. Vendor Fulfilled Orders
For marketplace orders fulfilled by third-party vendors, refund timelines and approvals may involve vendor participation.
